Midlands Music Network (MMN) was formed in 2006 by members of local band "James Deans Car", along with other musicians who had the idea of setting up a network for musicians and other live performers. This was to include a club evening at a local venue, meeting on a monthly basis. |

Since then we have run club nights at the "Thimble Mill" pub in Smethwick before moving to our present location at "The Comedian, New Road, Tipton" run by our good friend and Australian comedian - Ray Crawford and his family. |

The club attracts performers from far and wide and has included poets,story tellers, folk and rock singers, with the only stipulation being that no performer can use backing tracks! We are always keen to give newcomers to the world of performance an opportunity to get on stage and try their hand in front of a real live audience - so even if you have never performed 'live' before but want to try your hand - just get in touch with us! |

We currently hold performance evenings on the first Wednesday of every month at the Comedian in Tipton (except in January and August) so please come along and join in the fun. We get going at about 8pm and go on until 11pm! |
